Turkish coffee is ground fine, simmered gently in a copper cezve, and poured slowly. At our Issaquah café, we serve it the traditional way: rich, aromatic, and accompanied by a small sweet. Our freshly brewed Turkish çay (black tea) is served in the classic tulip-shaped glass — warm, slightly robust, and ordered twice by most guests.
